For sale is a set of billet four bolt caps I bought from Ed Peters way back when. I believe they are either Mopar Performance or something made by Arrow for their IMSA program. There are no identifying marks on them. They came with the #3, and #4 caps made for four bolts, and the #3 thrust cap was only two bolt, but I was able to get one four bolt #3 thrust cap made by Pro-Gram, which you see in the pics.
The Mopar caps will require a little more machining to fit them, (the #3 pro-gram cap is a little better fit out of the box) but any competent machine shop can Install, line bore, and hone to size.

Do these line up with the bolt holes for the CB balance shaft housing or are they for the non-CB?

The block material needed to use these isn't there on the early blocks, so these would be for CB or TD blocks. So to answer you question yes, they use the BS holes for the outer fasteners.
