    hey, do you happen to know know what the front fender flairs are .. 240z ... on the srt4?

    Holy cow Johnny. I'm so sorry to hear that. What's the story on the motor? Do the rod bearings look beat pretty badly?

    So how many people will be coming from SDAC to Carlisle? I wish I could make it to both, but I've got a 5 month old son at home. A whole week was a bit too much to ask.

    Not taken it apart yet.
    Was built when I worked at a hotrod shop 9 years ago with all the right stuff. Under supervision of a master OR the machine shop installed the parts into the short block, I can't remember. Too long ago. It should have bee good. It sat here on the shelf, it should have been fine. Also pre-oiled it. It should have been fine.

    I could but its too much work and time to still make it to the shows. So doing it it right, fixing this one OR upgrading the original engine by putting forged pistons in it.

    The way I see it, you've got two choices:

    1: Be aggravated about the engine while hanging out at SDAC/Carlisle
    2: Be aggravated about the engine while not attending SDAC/Carlisle

    I think Option 1 would be your best bet.

    Johnny, come on out, buddy! You were going to spend quite a bit on fuel etc. getting there by driving. Use some of that for the plane tickets and then the rest to fix it when you get back.
