Did you bundle all the grounds together to one heavy lead and ground it to the engine?

Did you use the pre-made DIYautotune harnesses or start from scratch? If using theirs, what did you do with the unused wires?
I was thinking of removing them from the DB connector for the sake of keeping things clean, but I have kind of lost my patience with trying to use the pin tool.
