    Srt-Glh first 1/4

Car itself felt solid. But I didn't have time to go over the car like i should have. Has a bad boost leak was fluttering around 18psi and the tune felt like doo doo. Ran a 11.7 at 117 1.7 60ft

No excuses just embarrassed at those numbers. Over winter it's getting bigger injectors, new wastegate spring and a better tune

Only car I lost too was a gutted rx7 with a small block Chevy swap

    Re: Srt-Glh first 1/4

Either my wastegate is messed up or I had a huge boost leak so only 18psi and the gauge was fluttering so I have some work to do, car didn't feel like it was pulling as hard as it should have up top. I have a boost by gear but I didn't install it yet. I launched off the two step around 5k and spun first hard but was hitting 1.7-1.8 60's everytime

That's still a heck of a first time out. Nice work.

Agreed. A high 11 second car first time out is nothing to sneeze at. Congrats and nice job.

I think that's great for the first time out with a new setup! Congrats!

    Re: Srt-Glh first 1/4

Thank you guys. I just know the car has more in it and I didn't get to give it the rundown i should of because of work, but the opportunity popped up to finally get it to the track so I jumped on it. If anything I'm happy I learned how the car feels and I know it's going to pass tech inspection.

The only thing tweaked in the whole long block is the balance shafts are removed. Other than that it's a completely stock long block

Agreed, 11's the first time out you should be pretty happy with, specially hearing that you knew you rushed it.

Can I ask what you were hoping for IF not 11's? (or just deeper in the 11's?)
