help....1991 dodge stealth

got some questions about the hideaway headlights,how do i stop the headlight buckets from opening when i turn the headlights on?theres a button on my dash panel that opens and closes the buckets,but it doesnt work when the headlights are on,im wanting to change that,want to only use the button to open them,and use the headlight swich only to turn the headlights on and off,can anyone help me with this delema? there has to be a way,y would there be 2 ways to open the headlight buckets if not?anyone that is farmilliar with this model knows there is a lens for the headlights to shine thru when the headlights are closed

so sorry took so long to get back to you, this is my project car,but driving it now,its fun,had the twin cam in it but was dismantled ,guess the timing bet snapped n wiped the valves,it at for about 8 years, bought a parts car for the single over cam looks like the pic u sent,dont have the goodies you do what you got siting on there? looks sweet, my stealth is in cosmeticly in good shape inside and out,replaced a lot,wire harness brain rack stering columb brakes disks,gone thru,know tis motor is better than theorigial,thinking of ivingit some pep,theres a twin cam in he junkyard with turbo,got any idias?
