Doing a full swap from a 89 GTC TII into a 88 GT TI both have 5 spds. Threw a rod in my 88 and parting out my 89GTC. Any issues I should expect?

No, I believe everything should swap straight over. You'll need to run wiring for the intake temp sensor to swap the '89 computer in, or I believe you can swap the entire '89 engine harness straight over. I'm not a LeBaron guy so I'm not 100% sure on that.
You may want to consider swapping over the front suspension and the complete brake system as well, since '89 got the dual pivot control arms up front and the 4-wheel vented disc brakes.
You really don't even NEED to bother with the wiring for the air temp sensor if you keep the 88 computer. I've run TII's without the sensor with no problems. If you want to use the TII computer and have the intake sensor hooked up you'll have to add a pin to the 60 way connector. 89 TII GTC 5 speeds are pretty rare. Only around 1,000 made if I remember correctly.

Oh, that's right, the '88 TI was also a 2.2. I was thinking it was a 2.5 for some reason. Carry on.
