    Thanks Matt!

These are just samples. Production WGH will be adjusted to factory specs for use with OEM Swingvalves.

Looking forward to test fitting so we can get the balance of the castings machined per our specs.

Maybe for those using stock sized wastegate pucks?
It's easier to have additional machine work to enlarge the hole for those using the TU 3" swingvalve or similar with the larger valve.

I haven't seen the un-machined versions but I believe the hole might be cast into the mold. If someone was interested in blocking the hole it might be easier to just tap it and install a plug.

We will leave the WGH stock size for those who might still be running OEM swingvalves. As Wayne mentioned, it's easier to increase then decrease the diameter.

We were pleasantly surprised today when we received our turbine housing samples earlier then expected. Just can't beat those Flat Rate Boxes

Wanted to keep everyone in the loop on the fitment testing.

TU .63 A/R Turbine Housing Samples. We received 2 of each Stage 1-3.

Comparing Volute O/D thickness from left to right we have a .48 A/R Garrett (1.79"), .63 A/R Garrett (1.965"), .63 A/R Turbonetics (2.02") and TU .63 A/R (2.091"). Measured just below the bolt hump on the right.

    Comparing Volute I/D thickness from left to right we have a .48 A/R Garrett (1.42"), .63 A/R Garrett (1.60"), .63 A/R Turbonetics (1.63") and TU .63 A/R (1.65"). Measured at .425" past center of Wastegate bypass hole.

Swingvalves fit without issues except for Garrett 2.5" version. The arm does not swing freely and requires slight machining. This will be addressed by the manufacture so production units will not require modifications.

Wastegate Bypass Hole diameters for Garrett Housings (.81"), Turbonetics (.85") and TU version (.69"). Manufacturer did not have a swingvalve to verify center so kept holes smaller for samples. Production units will have .85" bypass holes. If anyone would prefer to not have the wastegate hole drilled let us know as soon as possible. They can always be tapped and plugged later if desired.

Stage 1-3 Turbine Wheel fitment was perfect. The Stock TII turbo was a rebuild for a local customer. The TU TrannyBuster 50 trim Stage 2 we built today for this test. Looks like we used a little too much assembly lube We didn't have a Stage 3 turbo in stock so fitted just the turbine wheel by itself.

We hope it won't be much longer for them to complete the balance of our order and we will keep everyone up to date on any changes that may occur. If there is anything else that you would like us to measure please chime in here and we will get you the answer.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately ShelbyLancer455 was above and just paid for Stage 2. On the bright side, you will be first in line when production versions are available.

Wastegate hole size was increased. We are going to leave the arm clearancing up to the customer as we only found one Swing Valve that had an issue. The arm of the swing valve can also be bent up slightly for added clearance negating the need to modify the housing.
