Recently purchased a "working" 12 button Nav.. which didnt work. Opened up to find 2 components in bad shape. I need help in identifying the components pictured. Mainly the transistor that is burnt Q160. Any help would be highly appreciatted. I hate to take a chance on buying another "working" unit, when possibly I can repair this one.

I can't help with what the stuff in the picture, but I do know that most of them I've seen the inside of haven't been scorched there. I would opt for another one, but ask for pics of the inside I guess.
The transistor you might be able to source, but you'll probably have a really hard time finding that IC if it is damaged. I'm sure it was discontinued 20 years ago.
I might have one of these on the shelf in my garage, I can check when I get home tonight. If I do I'll try to pull a part number for that transistor for you.
You might have better luck getting a new unit though. Whatever caused that damage most likely took out some other components.

After lightly wiping the top of the IC, it appears to be fine. The blown transistor was originally pointing down at the IC, the burnt material on the IC seems to be all from the Transistor itself. No burnt marks on any other traces or components so far. me and my magnifying glass havent stopped looking though.
I am definitely willing to spend the time and effort to attempt a repair. Who knows could get lucky
