I pulled a head at the yard today and saw it is stamped S.L.P. D.O.T. with a Pentastar inbetween P and the D.
It also has all of the usual markings, CD, TS...

My guess was a reman from Chrysler. The warranty dot tells me its been rebuilt by a fairly large shop. The odd markings were probably from the place that rebuilt it for Chrysler.
