    Air bag wheel

I have a shelby steering wheel in my 90 Daytona right now but it's kinda in rough shape. So I want to put the stock 90 leather wheel back in for now. Only problem is that the previous owner took out the shock sensors and the clock spring for the air bag. If I get a clock spring to get the ciruse and horn to work and put the wheel on will the airbag deploy even though the shock sensors are not hooked up. Or can I just cut the wires for the air bag so I know for sure it won't go off?
    Thanks

You can leave it in there with the sensors unplugged. You can also remove the air bag module with no ill effects.

something else to think about- if you're not using the airbag you now have 2 wires running through the clock spring that you can use to wire up 2 switches to activate things like water injection, anti-lag, etc, without having exterior wires twisting around the steering column.
