Yes, Volga Siber 2009 year. Engine completely identical 2.4 DOHC witch they put on Chrysler Sebring 2 generation.

How do i make a cold air intake? And why exhaust change?

Cold air intake means more dense air = more power.
Exhaust back pressure limits the potential boost available. 2.5 inch diameter for street car or 3 inch if you are building a track machine.
