If there any way to read the fuel pressure off a stock rail using an accufab adjustable regulator?

With a fuel pressure gauge, sure.
I forgot the valve is in the rail. I gues i need a screw in gauge. Ive gotten used to my other car having an actual gauge on the rail and working on a modified stocker its like, i cant check anything in the fly without real tools and instruments
A -4 line will screw to the pressure port with the core removed if you want to run a permanent gauge.
