91 spirit r/t stalling out while cruising

91 spirit rt with tiii motor im running a holset he351 turbo with evo 560cc injectors at 50 psi. car runs rich at wot, still working on pulling fuel out but at cruising speed and idle it runs right at 14.5-14.8 afr. while just cruising at a constant speed it will run just fine nice and smooth then car just shuts off. if i leave it in gear and flip the key off, then back to run it fires right up and i can continue like nothing happened. only happens when cruising, doesnt miss or cut out during normal acceleration/deceleration or when wot. Any ideas?

also my radiator fan just stoppe coming on, was running properly now it wont come on.

Using MP Tune 2? I'd say just re-flash it and try again. The issue is the write-protection not being enabled on the flash module. It can fail to set on the first flash (not sure why).
