What did they want for the body shell?
What did they want for the body shell?
I have two complete R/T drivetrains just need a body to build my way..
I'm planning my trip for the 26th of September as of now. Need to confirm it with Mike but he said any time should work just to let him know. I'm planning on leaving WI Wednesday morning putting me in the area later Thursday night to plan on being at the shop first thing Friday morning, I may leave Tuesday night depending on how things go and how my trip plans out. Then depending on how long I take either head back up toward Deryk to pick up my car either later friday evening or first thing Saturday morning and then start my trip back to WI. Anyone want to meet up on the 26th at Rossin? LMK. I'm currently driving down by myself so I'm leaving enough extra time for stops and sleep. Blew a tire on the truck this weekend so I'm getting 4 new ones put on. Was hoping to get more mileage on these but they're getting pretty dry rotted so It's probably time to replace them. The trailer is probably going to need new tires after the trip also. I don't understand how all of these new tires won't last longer than 5 years without completely dry rotting.
I cleared the 26th with the boss ( wife ) now I have to clear it with work, but I think I'm in too.
Out, I am on vacation then, but would only be going because i am local, i don't own one of those cars anyway. But if someone gets a price on the wheels, I'd like to know the asking price.
I will be going down mid October. Have stuff to pick up, then proceed with the treasure hunt.
October would be less HOT than Sept.

I agree ....
I want to go with Dave.
Still smoking hot down here I call it oppressive the containers will be miserable till it gets cooler.
I was on the first trip there and live super close it is HOT.
I am a sucker for punishment and would be willing to go look again inside the shop I know what I am looking for now.
If you want to get more people motivated there should be a new post about the trip.
Would anyone be willing to offer the name and number or email of "Ian" at Rossion that I could get in touch with? I will be down in Florida next Monday and might want to snag some extra glass while I'm down there.
