On my 86 shelby charger (converted to 87 tii electronics). Car was idling for about 20 min then just shut down. Smoke from power module area.
Turns out the orange 20 ga fusible link burnt - the one that controls the power module. Swapped In brand new power module and now link is fine but im getting a no start. Fuel pump is priming and im getting only two codes. 26 and 27.
Looking it up it should be injector driver issue, when the link blew couldve it taken out the logic module?
Any help on where to start would be great
