griffin rad, might as well bough scrap aluminum

so a little over a year ago i bought a griffin race rad to use in my spirit rt, it took me about a month till i got everything together to put it in, i installed it with no issues until i filled it up... leaks like crazy from both end tanks needless to say i called griffin and they said they can't warranty it because i waited too long (i guess the race rads come with a 30 day warranty), so i was mad! took it to my respected rad guy in my area and he couldn't believe how bad it was for being brand new saying that it was defiantly a manufacturers fault but griffin didn't want to hear any of that, so i had my guy fix the leaks, it was good for alittle while then sprung another leak on an end tank, now i don't know what to do I'm thinking ill take it to the rad shop to look at it and see what he says. needless to say I'm never buying anything from griffin again! awful! but i would like to know about some other aftermarket rad companies that won't break the bank because i have a lot tied into this crappy rad. sorry for the rant everyone but i just can't believe this, i remember griffin being a great company but I dont know maybe they changed something there

    thanks a lot guys

Might be best to cut the tanks off and weld new ones on it.

I don't have any issue with my griffin radiator. Been almost 3 years since install.

You have a local radiator guy, have him make you something custom.

There are quite a few people running the Scirocco style radiators from AFCO. I will be using one myself. I almost ordered the Griffin, but they use epoxy, and mine needed to have some welding done to it, so epoxy is no good.

Well according to their literature, the Griffins are fully welded. They use the epoxy to add structural strength.
