I have 4-5 90-91 T1 SBEC's. Can an SBEC-I be used on a SBEC-II car (3 vs 2 wire VSS?). I am not against changing things to make it possible.
Engine is going from single point EFI to multiport EFI.

The 2 biggest differences are in the cruise control and fuel pump wiring. You will probably get an ASD relay code, and making the cruise work will require swapping in a wheel from a later car; and some of the wiring.
I currently have my race car setup to run a SMEC, SBEC, or SBECII on a '91 SBEC harness. I still get a code for the ASD (which is actually for the fuel pump). The '92 harness has 2 ASD circuits - 1 for the fuel pump all by itself, and 1 for the coil, injectors, alternator field, and the FP 12v. So, it won't 'see' the 2nd 12v from the fuel pump. You can fix that by simply jumping the wire to the 2nd cavity on the SBEC. I forget which, just look at a 60-way pinout and you'll see what I mean, I think.
Cruise control will not be an issue (do not have it).
I need to find my 90 minivan manual and see what the sbec connection looks like.
