    scratching my head.

i installed a mopar stage 3 turbo manifold and turbo. after i got the installation complete. i took it for a test run, i gave it about half throttle and the car fell on its face.My car could drive, but I cant accelerate at all. i have no power, I was a turtle. When I put my car in neutral/push in the clutch, I can rev like crazy. But if I'm in gear and I try to go, my RPMs go up so slow and I accelerate like a handicap cart in Walmart. since this, i have 0 yes 0 boost. i have looked at every connection multiple times for boost leaks checked the turbo( no shaft play), checked the timing, changed the 02 sensors, coil pack and wires, is there anything im missng here. my car has been down for like 3 weeks and im about to lose the loaner i got.

    thanks

Sounds like an SRT-4 Neon. I'm not terribly familiar with those cars though, but I'd bet there's a code or two that should give you a clue. I'd also look at cam timing.

I second fuel. Check your pressure and volume. Don't just check it at idle, check it while driving/boosting. I had to build a special hose for this so I could route the gauge in the vehicle temporarily to read it.

I switched back to 91 octane from E85 in my van. Somehow it developed a lean spot and would not build boost and had horrible acceleration when it was leaning out. I didn't bother trying to track down the problem because I'm installing Mega Squirt.

Did you just install the turbo and manifold or did you install the whole stage 3 kit. The stage 3 kit has a different pcm that is tuned for the more air flow of the bigger turbo. If you are still on the stock tune I would stop trying to boost it.
