Would like to sell a Hilborn mechanical fuel injection setup for 2.2/2.5 8v setup. It includes the manifold/ITB throttle body unit, a couple different belt driven fuel pumps, sprockets, belts, lots of different control valves, Hilborn mechanical injection book etc..
This setup could probably be converted to EFI without too much trouble or fabrication involved. The port shape looks like it would adapt to the 8v head easily, but an adapter flange would be needed to allow it to bolt up. I brought it to SDAC 24 in the hopes of selling it, but it is for the hard core racer, and a very rare item to say the least. Probably hasn't been available since the late 80s. A bit of a novelty item for sure, but for somebody with fabrication skills, it just might be the ticket for a very high HP/one-of-a-kind build.
I got these parts from a guy that planned to use them with a very high HP Masi 16v build for land speed racing at Bonneville. I've decided this is not the route I want to go with any build I have in the future and would like to sell it to somebody that can actually use it.
