Quick 8 Final: Can't really make out the times in the video but I tried to list them in the details. Need more zoom!

    Nice vid.

I took a close-up of both time signs and added them to the corners of 1 of the pics I took of the winning run...

GLH Ran 10.824 @ 135.86 MPH and the RWD Shadow ran 11.777 @ 121.22 MPH

Went 12.6-something @114 with the Talon on 20psi. Never got to get the boost turned back up due to having clutch issues. (apparently this specific clutch requires a 1500-2000 miles break in.. wtf!) So it was slipping on my pretty bad under load. ah well!

My two favorite moments; Lengel running 10.6 (new PB) and watching the GTP finally click off that elusive 11.9! (both well deserved) Also great meeting everyone I did at the track

I should also throw in a close third thumbs up to the Kid driving the Black Spirit A Real up and comer at the drags, cutting some amazing lights and taking down some very reputable competition, not to mention tearing up the autocross!!!

    Re: SDAC 24 drag times

I saw the Mustang run a 12.6...not sure if that was the best or not.

I went 11.9's early in the day, broke an axle during 2nd round of Q8 qualifying, then developed an oil leak that left me smoking down the track during round one of Q8 against JT. All day, the motor was down on power (went 10.96 in ScAries, then 11.31 in Shadow last time out) but doesn't seem to be showing any obvious signs of failure. Not sure what the issue is...I'll look into it in the coming few weeks.

That was Anthony Prior, I don't think he's had his drivers license for a year yet. He had two .009 lights, our best reaction time of the day (unless you count Marra's .004 on the pit bike) impressive driving for sure.

    Re: SDAC 24 drag times

Mustang was a 2014 with the 5.0 Coyote motor. It loves to spin to the 7 grand rev limiter but didn't have much below 4500. All motor it ran 13.14@108.2 with a 1.97 ST(best of the day) on the 70-100 shot of nitrous it ran 12.37@115.8 with a 2.06ST It was a VERY inconsistent launcher, turns out the Air Intake Temp gauge was 187degrees F and it was pulling timing or limiting the power. Ooops, so much for hot lapping it to 26 passes Here's a shot of the finalists in Q 8 and Heads Up

Is that sensor before or after the nitrous? I would think the nitrous would cool the sensor if it was after. Get the wiring diagram of whatever car you get and activate the fan all the time next year.

Is there going to be a complete breakdown of the ladders at some point and the stories to go along or what?

Congrats to all who raced, some new bests and good races for sure!

Fun to drive again, but no new bests for me, limping with breakup issues again one of these year I'll find time to get my car shaken doewn before SDAC

I believe he won the Turtle Race too. I was really impressed.
