Red Sled goes 9.16@164/ first gen goes 9.59@148 at national trails

We were able to get a lot of testing in at national trails sunday on both cars. My car went a 9.59@148 hitting boost cut at 7000rpm which is my personal best. I also completed my NHRA license. The sled went a 9.16@164 spinning the tires all over the track. Went to make another run and blew a brake line out on the starting line. Track was terrible, 60ft's were way off.

videos and pics can be seen on the red sled facebook page.

awesome It's been a long time coming. National Trails do not know how to prep a track. you need to bring the car to Norwalk in sept. for the mopar weekend.

Is the Sleds best time on Outlaw 26's or on the normal 24.5's?

I was going to ask him if he ever thought about coming to Norwalk
I know the Sled was there, 07 or so when Aaron had the SRT track day

I was talking to Jon Moore about going, were going to try and take all three cars.

Best times were on 24.5, I'm pretty sure he was the first to go 8's on a 24.5" tire.

Nice runs indeed. Wish I would have known you guys were going to run at trails, would have skipped SDAC to watch these cars run. Please keep us posted if all three of you go out to norwalk or anywhere for that matter.

    Please do.
Especially if you're going to Norwalk, that's about 20 minutes from me.

We are planning on running this weekend either Friday or sunday. Looks like our only options are edge water or Thompson, unless you guys know any other places running?
