2014 Hotrod Powertour

So far it sounds like we have about 4 turbo shadows in our convoy as of now and a few muscle cars. I hope we can get a bunch of cars it is so much fun to do this. We did this back in 2012 I was in my general lee replica and it was the most fun I have had in that car. I will list the hotels in case anyone wants to stay in the same place and I suggest you do it soon to make sure you get a room.

Hmm 2nd leg is in Charleston,not that far from me.Ends in the dells not too far of a drive to drive back to belvidere for Neons 2014.I so want to do it but waiting for when SDAC is going to be.

A buddy and I are going to pick up the tour in Iowa in his 67 camaro. No air or radio but still will be a blast. Anybody else going to still be part of it at that point?

I'm on the power tour now driving a 1992 Camaro Z/28 hugger orange with white stripes, I couldn't get my CSX-T running in time, if you guys see me please come talk to me I'd love to see some turbo mopar guys here.

I'm going the whole way. There are about 4000 cars, mostly Chevy. I talked to one person who was going to bring their charger, but blew a head gadget and took a ford escape instead lol. Other than that I haven't seen any TUrbo mopars.

all done in wisconsin dells. 3 days and not 1 TM. i did see a chrysler conquest with an ls tranplant!

I was impressed with what I seen of the Powertour. I went to Charleston and briefly talked with the CSX guys. Super nice cars. The owner of the 89 also owns the birthday car. The next morning I got the wife, and kids out of bed to watch the tour drive by, they came right through our town. We took the Daytona, the Jeep a box of Krispy Kreme, and found a good spot on the side of RT 7 in southeast Ohio. As the cars came by they were all blowing their horns and waving at us, it was very cool. The kids loved it. Seen the TM's drive by I was also surprised with all the small towns they went through. There was also drag racing at Norwalk and ZMAX dragway. Makes me want to do it next year Seen a pic of a nice looking 86 GLHS (number 21) on Mothers webpage day 5 coverage.

That car must have been a long way from the main group of cars or I would have seen it. We were actually parked right next to the orange 32 in those pictures. Visited quite a bit with the 83 year old guy. Fun fun.
