walbro 225 upgrade question

anyone know if the small 90 degree piece of hose included with the pump kit is submersible 30r10 hose ? the curly and straight piece included definitively are not. but the 90drgee piece says 30Rsomething and can make out the rest because its cut could be 30r10 or possibly 30r9 , currently installed the pump with it but if its wrong i need to know asap so i can get a proper one installed .

None of the hoses they included are 30R10.

You can get 30R10 hose form O'Reilly, Napa, or Carquest.

thanks just ordered the right stuff, you'd think atleast 1 piece they give you in the kit would be useable

No factory I know gives a 30R10 hose. They either include 30R9 hose (do not use) or other spec intank hose (ok to use, but may not be ok with E85), but none gives a 30R10 hose with the fuel pump.


Here's what happens if a 30R9 hose is used. Just by running my finger I split the hose open.
