Runs smooth, for a couple minutes

    This is my '86 Chrysler T&C I did a T2 conversion on.
It runs nice and smooth for a couple minutes, then is gets rough, and has a frequent miss a cruise speeds. If I accelerate hard it seems to run fine (other than it won't boost as high as it's suppose to).
Plugs, wires, cap and rotor are all new.
OH, the wideband o2 needle will jump up every time the engine misses.
Any idea what may be the problem?

I would start with the grounds and inspect the injector wiring harness if it's original.

I assumed it would have something to do with whatever only starts functioning after a couple minutes of warm-up. Which I know the o2 sensor does.....

Sounds like a fuel problem. Maybe vapor lock problem? I had a similar issue on my old Wagon. Pump would cavitate inside of the tank and it would vapor lock itself if I didn't keep my foot on the gas.
