Rebuilding a SMEC logic board

Long story short, SMEC would cut out at a spot of freeway by downtown L A Ca. Key off then on it continued to work. Replaced 3 compacitors and worked perfect for 100 miles before problem came back. I plan on rebuilding the power and ground sides of the board. It's seem that pin 12 (J2) curcuit may be the problem. Has anyone traced this curcuit or repaired this before ? I'd loved to get a diagram of the board but never could find one. I converted back to stock 2 bar SMEC in the mean time which is no fun at all since the the car doesn't pull very hard at all.

Faster and easier just to socket another SMEC.

While you have one open, I fried the voltage regulator in one and I'm wondering if it can be replaced.
And for tryingbe, sometimes it's fun to just stick your nose in something and see how it works. Curiosity that killed the cat. I started when I was 3 by sticking a hair pin in an electric outlet to see if it would light up the room! It did! At least for a microsecond.
