This is a hood scoop offered through Mopar Performance, PN# P4259194, back in the late 80's for 4-door L-bodies. It doesn't fit all that great on Chargers or Rampages; never tried it on anything else. It's intended to be used with the over the valve cover intercooler kit. This one is unused, though it does have some slight wear from being moved in storage. It is approximately 2.5-3" tall; I couldn't find my tape measure to get the exact measurement.
Barry, SDAC guy, has this same scoop installed on his GLHT.
