    6.13@128 1st gen/ 6.00@123 red sled@farmington raceway last weekend

Figured I would post up our results from last weekend @Farmington raceway.
The new converter is working great, it was actually having to much pull down on the gear change. 2400RPM and was pulling it out of the powerband and dropped 8-10psi. So were going to spray through 2nd and see if it fixes the problem. We had a blast racing and learned a ton with both cars, and I actually won some money making it to the semi finals.
The sled is on it's way as well switched fuel's, new cylinder head, relearning all the boost numbers all over again. Everything is going the right direction.

Thanks, I'll try to post some videos as well. Shifting at 8600-8800, I either need to rev higher or spray through 2nd.

The video is on my page.

On these passes I was running 4 ID2200's maxxed the hell out. Base pressure of 75psi putting 36psi on top of it. I have the intake off, putting 8 FID 2200's in thanks to Tom@FID.

Kind of a dumb question, but what is the difference between ID2200's and FID2200's?

Honestly just brand name, they are both the same Bosch injector. Injector dynamics have really nice top hats, fuel injector development have cheaper hats.

Just don't ask the owner of ID that question :P

ID still has what I would consider the best reputation for balancing injectors, which is the whole point of their company. I don't really want to buy a set of ID's when I can get some FID1200's for cheap but with either product near that size I would be pushing my fuel requirements into a very high duty cycle zone. ID's new 1300's look cool and way too expensive for how much fuel they provide.

Heard of a LOT of 2000+cc injector failures from sitting with E85 in them (the whole reason for running that size injector) and for how much they cost, I would rather run a set of small injectors and then a set of huge standard ones since normal injectors never seem to fail, even after years of sitting in E85. Only think that would bother me is the balancing of a set of cheap large injectors. Since nobody really runs EGT probes in the import world they rely on injector quality to ensure cylinder to cylinder fuel balance. Not sure how much plug reading they do.

I know FID balances there injectors as well, we have zero complaints. we have let them sit over winter with green and purple FTW fuel and no issues. I just got 8 2200 injectors on the car. So no longer have to run crazy fuel pressure.

We ran both cars yesterday the sled went 5.96@124 and I only went 6.14@120 at Kilcare track was shitty.
