The turn out was much better than I think Brent and I anticipated. It was certainly interested to be around the "new" TD crowd. I felt bad for the classic MOPAR guys...they had some nice cars, but nobody was looking at them or talking with them unfortunately. I hope that doesn't dissuade them from possibly coming back if this event happens again.
All I can say is that having some respect for the neighbors of the place where you are having your big car meet can go a long way. When people start doing rev limiter and anti-lag wars and the people that live across the street that aren't part of the meet start coming out of their houses...yeah...not such a good idea.
There was only 1 of the SRT-4's there that had a "big" turbo on it...all the rest were on the stock turbo-fold.
For the most part everybody seemed to be nice. If it happens again I hope my car is up and running.
Looks like it was fun - wish I could have made it! Hopefully next year (with at least one running car, maybe two)!
