What is the correct percentage to scale for the 40+ injectors? I keep thinking its 66.6%. Or is there a way I can easily scale a super 60 pumping efficency table back to where it should be since for the S60 they scaled the pumping efficency to compensate for the larger injectors instread of the other fuel tables?

The scaling for +40's is 33/52 = 63.5%.
So, scale the S60 pumping efficiency table up by 157% in MP Tune to use it like an unscaled PEFTBL.
