    problem could lay in the cylinder head. you say the bearings look good in the bottom end but did you plastigage them to find out what the clearance is?? remember, the cam has no bearings, if the cam bores in the head are worn, they can and will cause low oil pressure because of allowing bleed off rather then pressure to be built.

    yes,i did plastigaged them & was good. what do you mean by cam bores? how & why does something like that happen?

    simple, the area where the cam rides gets worn too big and allows oil pressure to bleed off rather then build up. it happens. they made heads that required oversized journaled cams too, but marked the end of the head with OSJ. did you make sure that the oil distribution block isnt threaded in the block too far?

    I got tired of wiggy oil pressure reading's so I installed a real guage in place of the stocker. 10 psi is a tad low but within specs.

    No, it will not, the computer does not monitor oil pressure at all.

    nope oil distribution block is good also have upgraded oil feed lines
