ah, ok, I installed one that I had kicking around from the turbo /6 that I threw on. I made a little pipe that goes in place of the hose between the airbox and the throttle body. The one I have is only to see how it behaves. Plastic one is kinda ugly but I have an aluminum one on the way. It seems to drive better all around.
Do you have the port on the intercooler pipe?
I am making a new pipe and air box mod between the TB and the inlet to the intercooler.
Running to get a couple pets right now that I need…...
Oh am NOT modifying my air box that came with the GTP, it is a spare I had.

ugh, I keep forgetting to snap some pics of mine... I have mine in a short tube right before the throttle body where the 4-5 inch hose used to be.
these fit in that space really well

2.25 id and was available with 3 different bov flange options
got from PTP Direct, but it looks like they dont make them any more
