The TC Masi by Chrysler has a seat belt with the same mounting bolts. It has an extra feature that apparently locks the belt when the door is closed. I just cut that cable.
On the Daytona, the bracket that blocks removing the rewind mechanism is held by 2 bolts that are not visible. A socket and some contortion gets to them. Somebody had said it needed to be cut...not so.
I have to figure out why the old belt frayed before I put it back together. The TC Ginger color is close to the tan in my Daytona.
You have to pull the entire interior behind the doors to get to them!
Sem saddle tan is close to the tan color but lighter in color for the plastic parts. Spray LIGHT coats and repeat and the texture is still very good.
Update: You have to switch one plastic end cap for the Daytona. The Daytona one uses the lever thingy on the door frame for the same purpose?
You can see the difference when they are side by side.
Do NOT remove the end cap that says DO NOT REMOVE!
