Fuse #42 in the PDC, ignition fuse, where does it get power?

Somehow while I was fooling around with fixing my headlights, I've lost power to this fuse, causing a no ignition power/no starter condition. If I jump power to it from the battery, it all works as normal. But I can't find where it's power supply comes from. I have a 1990 wiring manual but '90 had no PDC.

No, it's a all factory '91, harness and all. It has a PDC. I found the problem, the main fuse was blown at the leg where it goes into the plastic instead of in the middle. So it checked good on top with a test light, but power wasn't getting through it to the wires underneath.
