1990 daytona a-523 have 3.50 gears?

Hey guys,

Quick Question. Do the 1990 Daytona's 2.5's have the a523 with the 3.50 gear ratio? I am ordering a new transmission and want the 3.50.

Yes, that's what most TI cars came with in 90.

It should have 3.50 FD. Same for the A543 3.0 version of that same tranny.

You should always check the transmission tag. At this point in time a '90 Daytona is 24 years old and a transmission swap is something that could have happened at some point in it's life.

And it would probably be wise to remove the selector cover and look at the gear set too. There are a lot of them that have had the internals swapped also.
