whats first thing to check

06 pt 2.4 turbo seems to be flooded installed new coil there was only spark on 2 plugs had lots of oil in spark plug holes so dealer installed new valve cover gasket and wires then after no start the dealer told her that it needed ring. car only has 70. thosand mile and her mom bought it new so i will do a compestion check that mite tell me if timming belt jumped.sorry about spelling

Does it have spark on all 4 now or? I would be aiming more along the lines of cam or crank sensor.

i will check the spark it was to cold, will crank and cam sensor show up on scanner?

Are you getting a tach bounce when you crank?

Crank sensor if it has no spark. Or timing has jumped. Check compression as well.
