    1991 Daytona wiring diagrams

Anybody have these? Specifically the headlight wiring. The headlight on my '91 come on, but they don't pop up or down. I got them to open by manually triggering the Headlight System Power relay, but can't get them to go back down now. Not sure if it's the switch or what? I read somewhere that in '91 they did away with the headlight module and had it controlled by the BCM (body control module) instead?

Nice. I guess it's a '91 only item too? Any chance it could be fixed? I'm gonna try unplugging and plugging it back in, in case it's a connection issue.

They are '91 only, G and J body specific.

If I'm not mistaken there are 2 relays in the PDC that control the headlight motors. One for "up", the other for "down".

Correct that there is no HCM for '91. The headlight motor functions are run by the BCM. There is also another relay bank in the driver's side footwell. It's way the heck up there and no fun to get to. If you take the lower knee protector off, there is supposed to be a sticker on the back that shows what relays do what. If you need to muck with this, I highly suggest taking the seat out so you can at least kind-of lay on the floor.

There is a relay for each motor, and one that supplys power to those two relays. When you put power to those 2 relays, the lights pop up. To close them, you trigger those two relays (they are triggered simultaneously) and it reverses the power through the motors to close them when power is supplied to them. So it seems that the BCM isn't sending the signal to the power relay or to the motor relays.

Thanks! Pretty sure all the fuses in the PDC are good. I know all the big ones are good.
