Strut/Spring Combo

Are these available from local parts stores? I've shopped online at Autozone, Advanced Auto and NAPA but cannot find a combo deal. All I see are either the struts or springs, but not both together. 5sp mini suggested I look into this for replacing the struts on my 600.

I've seen the combos for newer cars, but for our 20 year old cars it's probably not likely your going to find anything.
