Going to look at a 4 door with supposedly low miles. What do I need to look at body wise? I'm ok with the mechanicals.

Rocker panels, rear rails,torsion bar pockets and striker posts like to rotten out in those areas

Ok. There's also a 72 2d ht near me and the owner says the rr spring mount is pulled away from the frame. How big of a deal is that to fix? If that area has a problem is it indicative other areas are also bad?

Best repair is to replace that section of rail with a new one. They are available. In the aftermarket.
