I have an '87 TII shortblock that I'm getting ready to assembly. The block appeared to be in good shape so the machine shop just honed it for me. The block is stamped on the oil pan rail for B-C-B-C (1-2-3-4).
Problem is, one of the original pistons (a 'C') had an issue with the pin not fitting properly, so I had to get a couple used pistons to complete the project. Now I have 4 good standard original pistons, but 3 "B" size and 1 "C".
Is this going to be a problem if I rebuild it and have to put a "B" piston in a "C" bore?
