Looks like the 1/4" bulkhead male terminals are a Dorman 642-801.

We found the bulkhead terminals on Amazon and at a place in Detroit.

Thanks! snagged some...
In past junk yarding trips I have seen those used on injector harnesses and some of the connections behind the battery. Also the CT643 is the same thing as molex 33088-0009 for the 60 way connector,

I used them to repair my '89 injector harness, and to make a sub-harness plug for an 86-to-87 conversion.
does anyone have a number for the smec 60 pin gray connector?
For awhile chrysler had replacement connector kits for the 60 way. There were many different ones but near as I can tell the actual connector body is the same for everything, SMEC, SBEC and EATX, the differences in part numbers were how the backshell with the 1-60 numbers were oriented being read left vs right and up vs down all depending upon how you viewed it.
5013938AA is the part number I ordered from the dealer I used to use. It took forever to come in and it was old as hell, the bag was dated 2002 and it looked like it had been shuffled around a lot.

I have a 1989 omni harness. The connector looks the same as you say but it's black. That should work but I'd love a gray one just to keep the car looking right.
Anybody know what the hell these are called? Or where to find them? They're in every space of my bulkhead and every connector in the wiring harness. They've got the locking barb - locks it into the plastic connector for good, then attaches to whatever switch etc it needs to. Also locks them into place in the bulkhead connector. I can only find things labeled "quick disconnects" and they do not lock into place. It's an 80s Chrysler if that helps. Thanks!

Get the larger ones. The main issue you'll run into is getting a good crimp on a small wire, but much better than squeezing a large wire onto a smaller connector. You will more than likely need to do two crimps for the smaller wire, but I've used the larger gauge terminals with the smaller wire with no issues, that I have seen.

Do yourself a favor and spend the money for what they call an open barrel crimper. You'll get a factory crimp with less fiddling with the connectors. Saves a ton of time.
Those are not the same thing but they may work if they lock into the connector shell. Those are Delphi Packard Series 58. The 'chrysler' 1/4" female/male terminals used on the bulkhead and like pictured above are unique to chrysler and I cannot find them other than the Dorman stuff which is crap compared to the original or old stock aftermarket components.

yeah, i'm having no luck either in terms of exact replacements.
This is as close as I can find - though navigating sites like this and Mouser is infuriating and uninformative

I figured they look close enough that they could be made to work with light modification. I just noticed the tang in roughly the right place.
That would be this, right?

I wish dorman's website was up whenever I decided to access it.
Does the female connector mate to the male connector #16349 that was mentioned above?
