2001 Dakota R/T build suggestions??

I bought it used with a Vortech V-2 SQ-trim supercharger installed. I quickly popped the headgaskets and coolant got in the oil. I pulled the motor and disassembled it but that's as far as I've gotten. So it's been sitting far to long.

I've since gotten Edelbrock Performer RPM heads (PN 61779) and Comp Cams 1.6 PRO MAGNUM rockers (PN 1302-16). It has a MP intake pn P4510016, Holley aftermarket TB (don't see a part #) and shorty headers. That's all I can remember for now.
Oh, I also purchased a Hughes Engines crank-girdle.

Anyway I'm considering one of Hughes 408 stroker kits. Any suggestions?

Call Hughes and ask them.
They have some pretty impressive Magnum engine upgrades and performance packages.
When I bought my FI Airgap manifold they were more than willing to answer all the questions I had.

How exactly is the tune managed on that thing with the supercharger installed....
