Suspension is in.
Waiting on fuel cell.
Clutch and flywheel purchased- clutch master 6 puck and aluminum flywheel.
Striping out all chassis wiring now.
Simplifying dash - going to have - tach. Oil pressure, coolant temp , oil temp, and afr. Add a shift light and oil pressure light.

Here is what the pins in the hood are for.. more Nelson 24 hour action shots are in there. Not tagged "Consulier" or "GTP" though so search 1988 1989 for "nelson 24" or similar. Looks like a red car ran Longest Day of Nelson too. Any insight on these cars Jacob??

Fuel cell just arrived. Will fit under stock aluminum cover. Baffled with surge tank and fuel pump all internal.

Started pulling apart the original, rebuilt engine from this car.
Compression is perfect , spark plugs look brand new but...under valve cover it looks like mud daubers started building a nest. Going to try n clean it all , pull oil pan and reseal everything.

How much was that fuel cell...if you don't mind sharing?
Sucks about the mud daubers...those little buggers will build a nest ANYWHERE they can fit!
The fuel cell was ridiculously expensive. 2k!! But was the only one that fit and met my needs.

the price tag on the custom sized enduro tank for the gt1 really hurt.
Yeah, I know. I'm going to have to go through this for my own car in the future to do the type of racing I want to do. Just not looking forward to it.
