    Consulier brand Anti-Theft devise

I got this and thought it kind of cool.
I am not sure how it works, except it goes on the steering column.

    RARE CONSULIER ACCESSORY

    Hi Johnny,
Here is a pic of the steering lock.
It was invented to help with theft of the Targa but fit all Consuliers.
I still cant post pics on turbo mopar for some reason.
I know you will find a good place to post this secret pic.
    Thanks,Randy

Saginaw steering columns are stupidly simple to break open and facilitate theft of the vehicle.

Yep. I worked on several of them at the tire shop. People gave up on replacing the columns and just used a screwdriver like the thieves did.

That is really cool. My 1999 caravan was stolen with a screwdriver. Installed a secret start button but sold it 3 weeks later. Thieves cleaned the van out and stole motorcycles with it. I lost my Carroll shelby signed window sticker for the glhs. I also had $1100 cash in an envelope on the cut holders in an envelope. When I picked up the van from the tow yard I found the money in touched in the back of the van. Dumb thieves!
