I just joined up on turbo today as I have just purchased a 85 Shelby charger, that needs a couple of things.i scanned thru this thread because im in need of the door rubber for around the bottom and around the glass, and also for the sunroof.i spoke with a rep from Omni-potent today and he has no supply and apperantly its not looking good for future supplies.so if anybody has any ideas,im all ears.thx
This is the stuff I used, stiff when new, but the doors shut like OEM now and no signs of water penetrating.

I've been in touch with a company that makes a seal that I think will work for the GLHS sunroof glass seal.
(This is the outer seal with the cropped edge that attaches to the glass)
I've been working with them for a couple months, and I think the solution is coming.
It's taken this long due to the importance of this seal in my build at the moment(not very),
but I think sometime in early February I'll have some results.
Here's the seal:
The chrome edges fit tightly against the metal edge of the glass, and clips fit into the channel to hold the seal in place.
(I'm debating using some type of weatherstrip sealant in the channel as well)
This seal is flexible, but it IS pretty stiff.
When it gets bent for the corners of the roof glass, it's a one shot deal.
(some may be able to re-bend it, but it was impossible for me with a test piece)
If this ends up working well, I think Omni-Potent may get involved.
I've spoken to Greg several times, and if it ends up being the fix, this will be great!
It'll be one more problem solved.
