    88 p body 5 speed conversion

    Got a doner car I'm pulling a 5 speed and all the accessorys out of to turn my car into a 5 speed. The car I'm pulling parts off is a 93 shadow that was converted to a 5 speed also. Has a 1987 520 in it and this shifter which I have never seen. What car is this out of. I'm not sure what year stuff they used to convert this car.

    has reverse to the left so I'm sure it's a 555/520 setup just never seen one like this.

    Another thing is the cable length. Im measured 52 and 48" end to end and from the chart below that seems to be cables from two different cars. Unless I'm measuring wrong. They are basically trash and mostly locked up. I have a setup from an 89 Daytona which would be longer but they are in good shape should I go with them instead?

    P-body(Shadow) and A-body(Spirit) shows the same cables:
    CABLE, Gearshift Crossover, 45.37"
    CABLE, Gearshift Selector, 52.00"
    CABLE, Gearshift Selector, 52.00" For TIII application. Different part #, same length. Not sure why it would be different...

    92-94 G-Body(Daytona):
    CABLE, Gearshift Crossover, 48.52
    CABLE, Gearshift Selector, 55.00"

    S-body(Caravan):
    CABLE, Gearshift Crossover, 46.92"
    CABLE, Gearshift Selector, 51.25"

    Since I have to drill holes for the cables I see that there is an indent where the clutch cable should go. Is there any thing like that on the floor where the cables go thru. Anyone have pictures of how it should be on a pbody? And are they run together or thru separate holes. I have no grommets

    Pretty sure (not positive) it's from a cable shifted 525, like from an 84-86 Daytona. If I remember correctly, that can be used with 520/555 cables without issue.
