I know its less displacement... but almost seems like if you could get a stock megasquirt map off the tons of neon people who run it.
You could just fire it up and tune from there.
Maybe in something like a shadow/omni. J-body too heavy?

I was thinking abou tit in the future for a L Body. maby even single cam since they are even easyer to find.
Yes, actually I have suggested it to several people. The stock 2.0 DOHC block responds very well to low boost levels, and with some simple upgrades, higher boost pressures are fine as well.

I was wondering about this also for fuel economy reasons. Don't Neons get close to 40mpg on the highway?
most do mid 30's 5 speed but you can get that in a good running 8v
With my 1999 Neon RT (3.94FD) I got 39-40 MPG on a highway trip. I could have done better with a 3.55
