If I were to keep the z motor stock I would need the underhood harness and LM from the Z or operable turbo harness from that year/range.
An LM expert will know more about that.
If I were going to turn the boost up I would get an 89 t1 harness and smec.
Fuel pump may not work after siting that long it will need replaced anyhow..
It would need a turbo lbody wiring harness or some combination that works (88/89 lbody dash harness with minivan engine harness, etc).
Also the gastank and fuel pickup (along with the fuel pump) must be changed to a baffled version from an 88+ omni (or turbo lbody).
It is possible to run a 14psi with a LM but in general the SMEC is a little better. The shelby z LM is slightly different than the lbody LM so some wiring changes will be needed there. IIRC the non lbody '87 LM had the map sensor under the hood rather than on the LM. I am a little rusty on the LM stuff given that I changed to a SMEC years ago.
