Price: Make offers on what you need as it is going to be scrapped.

    Description: NO Engine/Trans/Rad/Intercooler/Shifter/rear disk brakes.

Most other parts available. This car will only be here (12/27-1/25/14) so let me know what you need along with an offer (mainly to cover the trouble of removing and packaging stuff). Going to the scrapper 12-28-2013 (The car runs and drives as it sits...)

I'm repossessing the car on 12-27-13 and do not have current photos at this time. A photo will be sent of any parts wanted prior to selling them.

Dibs on both hockey sticks and the matching part at the rear of the door windows and the window scrapers if they are good. The part at the rear of the window has screws under the weatherstripping. $200 shipped?

I'll get back to you on these. I installed new weatherstripping and I think some nice window trim when I replaced them. I think the scrapers are new but will have to look at them (cars been out my possession for 1 1/2 years).

One more thing is the cubby hole with the cup holder. Yeah stupid little thing but the TC by Masi did not have a cup holder! I hope you are planning on stripping the rest of the goodies.

    Red exterior with grey interior.

I'll drive down to Denver and get some pics this weekend for all. I may keep the car for a week longer to get stuff off of it.

Re: Parting Out 87 Daytona Shelby Z (Red) T-top Car

The left side is better than MY car after 2 1/2" hail! Give me a price on what I said and the window scrapers. Shipping to 63043
BTW the body looks good enough to rent a storage unit and a torpedo heater to really strip that car to the max. Maybe have a Turbo-Mopar stripping party with some volunteer helpers?!
Somebody asked about the driver seat. I took a passenger seat and had the good panels sewn into the driver seat.

Re: Parting Out 87 Daytona Shelby Z (Red) T-top Car

I've made arrangements to store the car for 30 days to pull parts (weather depending...). I have to do this outside and with my torn ACL I'm not moving very good right now.

I'll get better pics with no snow of the parts anyone may be interested in prior to agreeing to any sale, etc...

Re: Parting Out 87 Daytona Shelby Z (Red) T-top Car

The stripping has started. (The car of coarse!) Here's some pics of what folks have asked about minus the snow. Those that have requested the parts LMK if you're still interested. Once I pull the parts I'll take pics of the mounting points, etc... that can't be seen while on the car before a deal will be confirmed. PM me your offers (this is not a bidding war and first person who requested the part will get the part). We're pulling the engine and trans today and if it stays warm enough I'll start on some other things before it goes to storage. Click image for larger version.

Not really related to the part out thread Steve(OK not at all actually). But it's been a while since we've heard from ya. Are you still doing the 'all out' build on the S car? IIRC you were shooting for a 9 second car? Hows it going?

Plans changed on that (actually it was my TIII Rampage project). The Challenger is all consuming of my funds and time. We do have a 6 sec car, best run was 7.16@192.5 using only 2nd and 3rd gear (g forces slammed so hard I pulled 2nd when I launched). Still a really soft tune in it so plenty left in it! The GLHS is either going to be sold or it will wait till I have some time and money to put it back together (race motor just needs rings).

Scrapers are trash (must of been the L Body I was thinking of...) Got the drivers side off with no damage but need to finish pulling the engine as the weather front is coming in!

Re: Parting Out 87 Daytona Shelby Z (Red) T-top Car

I need the plastic part that is between the windshield and the t-tops. Would also be interested in the t-tops themselves if you have keys for them and they're working. Do you still have them?
$200 if shipped to 65807. Let me know if it works for you.
    Thanks!
