Added a couple more cars to the gallery section. Have one more to add, as soon as I get the number.
One added was a black one. Also updated ones of the 16V car.

    Re: www.ConsulierGTP.com

^^ Thanks Johnny. It's nice to have them displayed like that....

So I do see some consistency on the front wheel well design......somewhere between Steve's car #15 and your car #19 the design changed.

I'd be interested in seeing where the dash board change took place. But it doesn't look like there is any consistency at all there. Except for maybe NO TARGAS got the series 2 dash.

How many series 2 dash boards are out there? I know my car #45 and car #46 have them. I'm so confused, lol.

I do hope to get many cars on this. Maybe see some day which car had what first.
    Like first wheel opening change
    First 2 fan car
    First dash change

Like this...early car because of round wheel opening, but two fans.
This is one of the cars waiting to go on the gallery section.

Nice! What car # is that? Haven't seen that rear before. I guess it may not have cooled as well so they changed it to fully vented?

I don't know the number yet, that's why it's not on the web site yet.

    www.ConsulierGTP.com

    ^^^ I would disagree.

I would say its one of the early cars. Guessing right around 8-11 due to the fit and finish.

The early cars received ALL the attention as hopes of sales were high.

Once they realized sales were flat they tried to jump start with series 2 and when that didn't work the fit and finish suffered.

Have you seen my stock engine bay?

Compare my engine bay to the early cars engine bays. The early cars are clean / neat and tidy.

Mine looked like a birds nest.

Also compare early interiors to later interiors. They started out with tufted door panels and finished with molded plastic.

Could have also been some for weight savings but I digress.

Also for this particular car it has series 1 front wheel arches.

wow, I was basing it on the rear end of all the early #'s cars on Johnny's gallery page. They all have that just weird designed openings and single fans.

It has two fans, so maybe it was updated later? I'll see if I can find out.

    Re: www.ConsulierGTP.com

That #1 car being racecar 22 makes me think the first 21 cars never saw VINs or the streets. The math is almost right on to 100 cars if that is the case 82 VIN'd cars plus 21 or so race cars. Unless of course those 21 race cars were added in that 82 number already.

Did that number come from somebody was there all the way from the start to the finish of GTP production?

If that ebay ad has the vin right, there are two #8 cars.. one 1988 and one 1990.

I keep dropping hints to my "connection" that I want to go see all the cars in the double secret storage area.
I believe there is at least one Raptor that counts as a Consulier right..?

Jacob would be able to say for sure or even get some info for you.
