Car looks beautiful! I need to sell the CSX, I'd rather have a Lancer.

I don't have an Omni. Is the motor out of the car? The one pic looks like the front end is sitting high.

illusion, the car was jacked up to take better photos of the bottom.
I had one just like it. I really liked that car. The one day my gal was driving it, someone ran into her. Did some pretty good damage. Bought her a LeBaron Coupe to drive while it was getting fixed. She liked the LeBaron so much she didn't want the lancer back. I sold the Lancer.
I had the turbo wagon. If it wasn't for that, I'd have another Shelby Lancer.

Not that anyone cares but I've had 2 Shelby Lancer's, IMO they were the best 'balanced' SD I've ever had, handling was nice and neutral(didn't push like an L body) somewhat roomy & functional with a real rear seat, and they are pretty nimble with a few suspension/brake mods considering they are a 4 door car. I talked to the guy I sold my SL#748 to in 2002, he is doing a frame off resto on another SL and when that's done, he's willing to sell 748 back to me 748 was a factory Mule/shop car. It accumulated 40K miles while it lived at the Whittier plant, anyone that needed to run an errand or chase parts or? just jumped into it and used it at will. It is MORE than likely that Mr Shelby used it more than a few times to go get a burrito or a few tacos for lunch. At least it's possible as it was around for years and I would like to *think* he drove it at some point When Shelby Auto's Whittier closed up shop, it was sold to CS's personal secretary, Sue M. She put about 60K more miles on it before I bought it. Eventually I put a 2.5/S60/568 set up in it. Great car, be glad to have it back again soon

Add some new pics, car looks way better now. Free bump.
bump, and update. Motor is starting to go away so car will need to be towed. Still under its own power just doesn't sound good. Price drop to $2,900. The extra $1,000 should help get this car the motor it deserves.
More people need to move out here to California so cars wont be so far away lol.
Sold!
Congrats man! Why did you remove the pictures?
